A friendly note about turn-around times:

Your dedicated Marketing Team understands the commitments you make to your clients to ensure their properties are marketed in an effective and timely manner. While our Team strives to provide the fastest possible turn-around times for your materials, please be mindful that same-day service is not always achievable.

For Design projects, we ask for 2-3 business days notice to complete. This turn-around time is often much less, however, depending on the project scope, we cannot guarantee specific times.

 

For In-House print projects, please allow at least 1 full business day from print approval. 

​

For Outsourced print projects, please allow 3-7 business days (project specific) from print approval.

If your project is time sensitive, please ensure you indicate this in the Design ETA option below. Submitting a rush requested brief does not guarantee same day turn-around - our Marketing Coordinator will follow up with all project requests and provide a realistic completion time.
